SU-Tech Onion loader
SU-Tech onion loaders are developed to load onions in a product-friendly way with high capacity. The narrow first sieving web runs on a low angle and picks up extra sharply due to the small turning roller, while the wider second web provides an optimal sieving surface. The special bars prevent the onions from rolling back. Foliage, dirt and weeds are removed from the onions by the hedgehog belt, which is adjustable in speed and angle.
The onion loader is powered by its own hydraulic system and has an elevator that is available in two widths. The steered drawbar and wheel axle make it possible to do quick turnarounds due to great manoeuvrability.
SU-Tech makes several standard versions of the onion loader; single swath loaders, single swath loaders with haulm web & double swath loaders.
Optional the onion loader single swath can be equipped with an extra pick-up module to be able to load two onion swaths in one go to increase capacity. Beside the standard versions with its options, thanks to their inhouse engineering, SU-Tech is able to produce loaders based on specific client wishes. Ask Cormana for the possibilities!
Design
Simplicity, pragmatism and long-lasting quality are at the forefront of the design of our machines, including the onion loader. Every SU-Tech machine complies with current regulations and is subject to RDW inspection. Although the onion loaders are a permanent fixture in SU-Tech’s range, the details of the machines can be customised.
