SOIL PREPARATION
AVR has various machines for soil cultivation from 3 till 6 meter working width. Preparing the soil for potato cultivation is an important first step. With the right planting bed preparation and building tight uniform ridges, the tubers can grow properly in a crumbled soil without clods that will cause damages in a later stage during the harvest.
In addition to the soil cultivators, AVR also provides machines for mechanical weed killing. This implement removes weeds from the ridges, after which ridging elements are rebuilding a solid ridge.
POTATO PLANTERS
AVR Ceres potato planters are well known for their reliability, precision, robustness and perfect planting. The planting program consists of 2- to 4-row carried or trailed planting machines.
The Ceres planting machines do have cup belts with a mechanical or hydraulic drive. Multiple options can be added like soil cultivators, fertilizer and/or spraying units & ridging hoods to optimize your planting results.
HAULM TOPPERS
For a smooth harvesting process, the right removal of haulm is crucial. The AVR Rafale haulm toppers are designed to perform the topping work as precisely as possible while keeping fuel consumption to a minimum.
Due to the improved design of the topper, the suction power is high which results in higher capacity and better haulm removal. The Rafale haulm topper is available as a 2-row up to 8-row version. 2- and 3-row machine with lateral discharge available

STORE LOADERS
To store your potatoes as product-friendly and efficient as possible, AVR has several store loading machines.
The AVR receiving hoppers guarantee that your crop is sent in efficiently and in a potato-friendly way, whereby AVR's hall filler also ensures speed and efficiency. For more capacity without damaging the product, the intake line can be extended with an AVR duo-extension belt and or with an AVR conveyor belt.
